CA. Manoj Jain (Partner)

Manoj is a seasoned professional having good business acumen and understanding of regulations and its impact on industry/ business. He is extensively working with number of schools/education society from last 12+ years. He is assisting number of schools to represent before authorities for their fee proposals. He has worked extensively with varied clients across real estate, consulting, education and banking sectors for Audit & Assurance services.

His experience and understanding of the business environment provides the firm an edge in providing & implementable solutions for the client needs. He has also authored Reference Material for Private School (Regulation & Documentation) published by the Action Committee of Unaided Recognized Private School. A handbook on UP Fee Act 2018 is also co-authored by him.

CA. Nitin Goyal (Partner)

Chartered Accountant and law graduate having 17+ years post qualification experience in Indian tax and regulatory laws and expert in transaction structuring, tax planning, litigation & controversies, taxation for expatriate employees etc. His experience allows him to suggest an overall executable solution to the business. Nitin has worked with Big 4 consultancy firm (Deloitte and E&Y) and held in-house managerial roles within large multinational organizations HCL, CB&I and Amazon Web Services.

He has advised clients in various sectors including Education, Heave Machinery, Services Sector, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, IT sector, Telecommunication, Power, Defence, Airlines, and banking. He is assisting number of schools in representation on fee matters. A handbook on UP Fee Act 2018 is also co-authored by him.

CA. Rahul Jain (Partner)

Rahul is a Chartered Accountant and a Commerce graduate having 14+ years of experience- a meritorious student secured India level rank 44. He is a nominated member of the District Fee Regulatory Committee and a known speaker on this subject. Rahul has an extensive experience with PSU’s and has held in-house managerial position with Indian Oil Corporation Ltd as well. His profile contained advisory on direct and indirect tax.

Extensively working with number of schools/education society from last 8+years. He is assisting number of schools on critical issues pertaining to Education regulatory–from periodical compliance to assistance in preparing of budgets to help in deciding fee structure and overall management of schools/education society. Apart from Education sector, he has also worked with varied clients across e-commerce, real estate, manufacturing and banking sectors for Audit & Assurance services.

CA. Rahul Jain (Partner)

Rahul is a Chartered Accountant and a Commerce graduate. He has also successfully taken up post qualification courses offered by ICAI for Concurrent Audit. A seasoned professional having good business acumen and understanding of regulations and its impact on industry/ business, particularly related to Education sector.

Rahul is also an experienced professional for indirect taxes laws. He has served big business entities like OLX India, Indian Synthetic Rubber (A JV of Indian, Japanese and Taiwan based companies), Haier Appliances, Rapid Metro Rail Gurgoan, UCB India, Allahabad Bank etc.
